Housden Group to Speak About The Future of NHS Private Patient Service Development at National Conference

Senior representatives from across the NHS and the independent healthcare sector will be speaking at a national conference in Derby on 19 March 2019. The event, NHS Private Patient Service Development offers a unique opportunity for NHS Private Patient professionals to come together, share quality information, fresh news and ideas.

Philip Housden, Housden Group’s Managing Director will be closing the event, discussing: “The future of PPUs in the NHS: next steps in funding, growth and PPU ‘chains’”. Philip’s talk will focus on his experience delivering successful projects for over twenty NHS Trust PPUs, leading the creation of the Nash Private Healthcare group, which brings together a ‘chain’ of NHS PPUs to enable best practice and his thinking about how the sector develops.

Philip says: “We’re looking forward to attending this event and discussing challenges and successes with others from the sector. PPUs are a win-win-win for the NHS and all key stakeholders. To maximise their full potential however, it’s important that where we can we share best practice and resolve operational, financial and policy issues together.”

Throughout the day, Housden Group will be sharing key findings from the event on social media, so anyone interested who can’t attend should follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn.
